MorrisA joint working party has been established under the Civil Service Department's chairmanship, with representation from the national staff side and the trade union side of the joint co-ordinating committee, to consider the monitoring of race relations policy in the Civil Service in the light of the Tavistock Institute's report. As a first732W reaction, the working party has commissioned a number of papers to assist its discussions, and it will be meeting again in April.
