§ Mr. Denis HowellThe United Kingdom delegation to the annual meetings of the Council of Europe's Committee for the Development of Sport comprises: the director of the Sports Council and the chief executive director of each of the sports councils for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; the general secretary of the Central Council of Physical Recreation; Sir Walter Winterbottom—my personal representative—and an official from my Department. I have no proposals to increase the number of delegates.
