§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will confirm that the start date for the commencement of work on the West Lynn, Clenchwarton, Terrington St. Clement, Walpole Cross Keys bypass on the A17 will be in the financial year 1979–80; and if he will now publish orders taking account of the many representations he has received since the draft orders were published in 1976.
§ Mr. HoramWe hope that the start of construction will be in December 1980, but this is dependent upon the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of funds. The remaining draft orders should be published this May.
