§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list for the calendar years 1976, 1977 and 1978 the number of decision letters issued by his south-eastern regional office in respect of (a) opposed tree preservation orders under section 60 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, (b) opposed public path orders made under section 209 and 210 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 and (c) opposed public path orders, made under sections 28, 110, 111 and 112 of the Highways Act 1959.
