§ Mr. Lomasasked the Prime Minister if he will seek to amend the Parliamentary Commissioner Act so as to enable the Commissioner to hear complaints against official receivers.
§ The Prime MinisterOfficial receivers are officers of the court, and it would not be appropriate for their activities to be subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration.
