§ Mr. Michael MarshallThis is a matter for the Post Office, but I understand that National Girobank has been discussing with the Committee of London Clearing Bankers the possibility of joining the clearing house, and these discussions are nearing a conclusion. However, no decision has yet been taken by the Post Office.
