§ Mr. Fosterasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if the pilot schemes for work introduction courses in areas of high unemployment will now proceed;
(2) in view of the cuts in the Manpower Services Commission budget, what recommendations of the recent training opportunities scheme review document will not now be implemented;
(3) if he will publish the annual and weekly cost per trainee for each module of the youth opportunities programme during the last financial year and the average length of stay for each module.
