§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what measures he plans to take to avoid a further occurrence of the periodic flooding of part of Knocknagoney Avenue, Belfast; and if he will investigate the failure of sections of the Department of the Environment to respond to calls from residents, which, if acted upon, could have saved much loss and inconvenience on Monday 11 June.
