§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if the two men at Rampton who had been waiting for five to six years on 30 November 1978 for a place at a National Health Service hospital are still waiting; if so, why; and what action is being taken to find them a place.
§ Sir George YoungOne was transferred to his local hospital on 10 May 1979. Staff from the same hospital will visit Rampton hospital shortly to assess the suitability of the other man for admission.
