§ Mr. GrayContingency plans do exist for rationing petrol and oil products should that become necessary. As my right hon. Friend said in his statement of 11 June, the present levels of shortfall do not justify the introduction of rationing. What is required is reasonable economy by all consumers in their use of oil.
