§ Mr. PrenticeThe Supplementary Benefits Commission's standard clothing and bedding list was published, and its purpose and use were explained, in supplementary benefits adminstration paper No. 4, "Exceptional Needs Payments", a copy of which is in the Library. I understand that the Commission intends to include the list in the next edition of the supplemenetary benefits handbook, which it is hoped to publish later this year.
