Dr. Boyson

The ratio of full-time and part-time pupils aged under 16 to the total numbers of full-time and part-time non-teaching staff employed by English local education authorities, including those in schools and colleges, in the years 1964, 1974 and 1978 was 17.7:1, 13.5: 1 and 12.5:1 respectively.
