§ Mrs. Ann Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will ensure the continuation of the industrial language training centre in Bolton, including the programme of language training for unemployed persons.
§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the unit at Bolton, which provides language training for employed persons, will be continuing as at present; and that the question of continuing support through the training opportunities scheme for part-time language training for the unemployed is under review.
