§ Mr. HurdNo. It is impossible to make meaningful estimates of the costs and savings that would arise if the Central Policy Review Staff report's 280 recommendations were adopted.
As part of their review of public expenditure the Government are making their own examination of the United Kingdom's overseas representation.
