asked the Secretary of State for Defence if the advertised appearance of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders' pipe and drum band at the Honiton Division Conservative association, Lee Ford fair on Saturday 28 July is consistent with regulations.

Mr. Hayhoe

The pipe and drum band which is appearing at the Honiton Division Conservative association, Lee Ford fair on 28 July is the band of the Plymouth branch of the Regimental Association of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. The members of the band are civilians and are therefore not bound by departmental regulations.
