§ Mr. Alexander FletcherBodies within my right hon. Friend's responsibility so consulted are the Scottish Economic Council, which provides him with advice of a general nature on issues relevant to the Scottish economy, and the Fishery and Offshore Oil Consultative Group which considers matters of common concern to these industries. My right hon. Friend has no present plans to alter their roles in this regard.
