§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe procedure for trunk road inquiries was reviewed in 1976–77 with the help of the Council on Tribunals. The changes announced in April 1978 have since been progressively introduced and are working reasonably well. We are, however, keeping the situation under review.
