§ The Prime MinisterThe Bingham report was referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions last September. He is carrying out full inquiries to determine whether criminal proceedings should be undertaken. I cannot comment further at this stage. As to the question of a further128W parliamentary inquiry, I have nothing to add to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal on 13 June.
