§ Miss Wrightasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, for each regional health authority, what is his estimate, either on the basis of individual hospitals or on the basis of area health authorities, of how many acute hospital beds are occupied by geriatric patients who could, if places were available, be accommodated in geriatric hospitals or residential homes for the elderly.
§ Dr. VaughanI regret that it is not practicable to provide such an estimate.
