§ Mr. Neil MartenHer Majesty's Government have not yet made an assessment of the economic situation following the recent political changes in Dominica. A joint review of our special financial assistance to Dominica was due in June but has been rearranged for August. There will be no increase in the £10 million development aid promised to Dominica following its independence last year.
