§ Mr. Michael MarshallMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has already 363W made it clear that he considers there is considerable scope for improvement in the efficiency and productivity of the postal business, and is in touch with the chairman of the Post Office on these matters.
The specific measures that should be taken to effect improvements, however, are a matter for the chairman himself.
