§ The Prime MinisterThe United Kingdom has always been ready, in consultation with our partners in the EEC and the TEA, to take part in such discussions. The Tokyo Summit declaration confirms our readiness to do so. As an industrialised country and an oil producer, we shall remain alert to any opportunities there may be.
