§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe consultative paper raises many important and pertinent questions about the local planning of education provision for 16–18 year olds. The views of those concerned would contribute most helpfully to the review of the relationship between schools, further education and training which the Government are undertaking. My right hon. and learned Friend and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales are therefore renewing the invitation to comment extended in the paper.
