§ Dr. BoysonNo. Provision for day care for under-fives and nursery education by authorities locally must first concentrate on meeting the needs of the children. Applications from local authorities for loan sanction and for urban aid for joint education/social service projects and from voluntary agencies for grants for similar projects are considered jointly by the central Government Departments concerned.
