§ Mr. Norman LamontSecurity at Urenco is based on arrangements agreed by the three governmental partners in the centrifuge project. As I told the Member for Pontypool (Mr. Abse) on 27 June, Urenco has been asked to review its detailed security arrangements. In the light of this, the three Governments will consider whether action is needed to strengthen the tripartite arrangements.
