§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will list all the State-trading countries which are known to have contravened sanctions against Rhodesia.
§ Mr. LuceWe have at various times notified the United Nations sanctions committee that we had information of sufficient reliability to merit further investigation that official agencies of the following countries might have engaged in trade with Rhodesia: Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, the German Democratic Republic, Romania and the Soviet Union.
