Mr. Kinnock

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will list in the Official Report the schools which have not received approval for reorganisation under subsection (4) of section 13 of the Education Act 1944 but which are subject to public notice referring to them under subsection (3) of section 13 of the Education Act 1944.

Reorganisation proposals for implementation in September 1979 relating to the following maintained grammar schools were submitted as a result of action under section 2 of the Education Act 1976 and received approval under section 13(4) of the Education Act 1944.
