§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Trade what action his Department will take to increase tariffs on United States commodities, particularly textiles, entering the United Kingdom because of the policy of the dual pricing of oil in the United States which gives its manufacturers a substantial commercial advantage.
