asked the Secretary of State for Transport what is the index, or average cost, to cover breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, respectively, in British Railway's restaurants and restaurant cars; and how this compares with indices, or costs, for 1 April 1979, 1 April 1978, and 1 April 1977, respectively.
