Cookasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will state (a) the total amount of grants in England and Wales under schedule 5 to the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 for each of the last two years, (b) the total amount of grants in Scotland under schedule 5 to the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 for each of the last two years, (c) the portion of total costs of reception and re-establishment centres met by such grants, and (d) annual cost of the reception centre at Bishopbriggs.
