§ Mr. Churchillasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will include in his forthcoming White Paper on defence a passage dealing with the full extent of the threat posed to the United Kingdom by the operational deployment of the SS-20 mobile intermediary-range ballistic missile by the USSR.
