§ Mr. Arthur Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list in the Official Report, authority by authority in London, at the most recent convenient date, the number of elderly people identified as at risk, impaired or handicapped, to the Social Services Department but not yet allocated to a social worker; and what percentage this represents of the estimated number of retired people living in each local authority area.
