I refer to my replies to my hon. Friend on 2 August—Vol. 955, c.448–9]—and my hon. Friend the Member for Eccles (Mr. Carter-Jones)—[Vol. 595. c. 623–4.]—on 5 December. In addition, I am happy to state that the Government have recently offered to increase their financial contribution to the United Kingdom Association of IYC from £100,000 to £125,000.
