Member for Gosport, Official Report, 5 February, c. 5, he will list the 10 occasions on which the Morning Star newspaper has displayed advertisements for the electricity discount scheme, together with the cost of each such advertisement.
§ Dr. John CunninghamThe paper's advertising columns have been used on no fewer than 10 occasions by other Government Departments to which I would refer the hon. Member. The cost of the Department of Energy's advertisement was £160.
