§ Mr. Millan
Assessment of public expenditure on services to be devolved in Scotland are given in table 4.5.1 of "The Government's Expenditure Plans 1979–80 to 1982–83 "—Cmnd. 7439. The figures in the table are at constant 1978 survey prices and cover the years 1973–74 to 1982–83; figures for earlier years are not available.
