§ Mr. Robert C. BrownNo. Redeployments which are planned to be completed in the next few years may call into question the need for either the existing range or the provision of an alternative.
Until this has been decided it would not be prudent to spend substantial sums on a new range and the requirement will be reviewed in the early 1980s.
