§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the publication "Network" is financed wholly by the Manpower Services Commission.
The distribution of "Network" is currently 38,000 and includes employers running work experience schemes, local authorities, colleges of further education, a number of voluntary organisations and youth groups, the careers service and MSC staff involved in programmes to help the unemployed.
Taking into account production costs, staff costs, circulation and postage costs, the cost per issue is on average £4,500.
