Member a copy of a council report which gives dates of construction and, where applicable, reconstruction for most primary and secondary schools in their area. The provisional allocations for capital expenditure on education 445W which were notified to the regional council in December 1978 are intended to give it more scope than previously planned for school improvement and replacement work.
