§ 13. Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for Wales what is his estimate of the loss of output throughout Welsh industry in January as a result of the various strikes and industrial actions experienced throughout Great Britain in that month.
§ Mr. Alec JonesIt is not possible to estimate the loss of industrial output for Wales alone. However, it is estimated that, as a result of the road haulage dispute, about 10 per cent. of manufacturing production in Great Britain may have been lost in January.
