§ Mr. John FraserThe Restrictive Trade Practices (Services) Order 1976 brought specified commercial services within the scope of the restrictive trade practices legislation. The Stock Exchange requested that the Stock Exchange should be removed from the scope of the legislation by an amendment of the 1976 services order. I have decided that it would not be appropriate to meet this request.
