§ Mr. ArmstrongThe Housing Corporation expects to conclude its investigation by April 1979. The length of the inquiry reflects its complexity and the need to allow adequate time for the committee of the foundation and other persons concerned to provide information, and to be given an opportunity to comment upon findings at the various stages of the investigation.
