§ Mr. DuffyBetween 1950 and 1977 inclusive 88 officers have been dismissed Her Majesty's Service by court martial. Of the 88, approximately 50 per cent. of the cases involved fraud, forgery or theft; 15 per cent. improper absence or desertion; and 15 per cent. indecency. The remainder involved such offences as negligent performance of duty and wilful disobedience.
