§ Mr. Gryllsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give details of the loan made to the British National Oil Corporation, under section 7 of the Industry Act 1972, for the order of a drilling rig from Marathon Shipbuilding Company (UK) Ltd.; when the loan was made over to Penrod Drilling Company, of Dallas, United States of America; when the loan is due for repayment; and how much interest has been paid by Penrod Drilling up to 31 January.
