§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will provide full details of the study of overseas experience of open government currently under way with reference to the repeal of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911 and the Freedom of Information Bill.
§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe fact-finding part of the study is now virtually complete. It is hoped that the results will be available for publication during February or March.
