§ Mr. Harry EwingIn the past year 14 hon. Members and four other persons or bodies have made representations and in the preceding four years representations were received from four hon. Members. We have no record of representations in the preceding five years. There are no precise statistics on the incidence of solvent sniffing which occurs sporadically and in limited areas.
