§ Mr. MacfarlaneResponsibility for the curriculum in higher and further education rests with individual institutions and validating and examining bodies such as the Council for National Academic Awards, the Technician Education Council and the City and Guilds of London Institute. They are well aware of the implications of microelectronic technology, and relevant curriculum developments are taking place on a wide scale.
