§ 12. Mr. Goodladasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will ensure that notices sent out by his Department specify clearly on the front page to whom they apply and whether or not they are compulsory.
§ Mr. NottIt is already the practice in my Department that, where appropriate, any document sent out requiring action34W makes it clear to whom it applies and its basis. If my hon. Friend has any specific example in mind I shall gladly look into it.
