asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will make a statement on the fifth Anglo-Soviet round table conference.

§ Mr. Blaker
The fifth meeting of the Anglo-Soviet round table will be held at the Royal Institute of International Affairs on 14 and 15 December. Participation in the round table is non-governmental, but the costs are paid from Government funds. The Government believe that the round table provides valu-712W able opportunities for broad exchanges of views between prominent figures in British and Soviet public life.
