§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will confirm his answer on 3 December which indicated that the A55 road would be fully dualled between Chester and Bangor by 1987–88, including dualling of that road on both sides of Penmaenmawr, and also including the completion of the new crossing of the Conway estuary.
