§ Mr. Edward Lyonsasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will monitor goods entering the United Kingdom from other countries of the EEC in order to ensure that none have originated from non-EEC countries in breach of restrictions imposed by bilateral agreements on levels of imports between such countries and the United Kingdom.
